Graduate Events in Yorkshire

STEM women host a number of Yorkshire-based events every year which are designed for female students and graduates who are seeking career support in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Our Yorkshire graduate fairs for women are generally held in Leeds, with coaches available from both Liverpool and Lancaster, and have been described as positive, refreshing, inspiring and electric.

What can I expect from STEM Women events in Yorkshire?

At each of our events in Yorkshire, female STEM students and graduates are welcome to join hundreds of other talented women to meet with some of the best graduate employers within the STEM industry. Each of the employers who attend these events are actively looking to invest in the next generation and dedicated to promoting gender diversity within each of their sectors.

At our Yorkshire graduate events, you can hear from inspirational, keynote speakers within the STEM industry, engage in panel discussions with the exclusive chance to put your questions directly to employers and meet with companies during our networking sessions. At past events, employers have included huge names such as; Barclays, BP and Network Rail – and, following our networking sessions, students have often been fast-tracked to assessment days and offered graduate roles.

Both students and employers will also enjoy a buffet lunch before networking and throughout the afternoon.
