On February 14th, 2024, STEM Women will be hosting an event for women in STEM fields – the Birmingham STEM Women Graduate Careers Event. Aimed at students and recent graduates pursuing science, technology, engineering, or mathematics disciplines, this event will bring attendees a wealth of opportunities and insights. Returning to an iconic venue

We’ll be back at Edgbaston Stadium to bring together hundreds of attendees for a day filled with networking, knowledge-sharing, and career exploration. The event kicks off with a warm welcome in the theatre space, setting the stage for what promises to be a fascinating day for those embarking on their STEM careers.

What to expect on the day

The schedule includes an employer insight session and a Q&A, allowing attendees to gain valuable perspectives and advice directly from professionals in the field. For those seeking personalised guidance, the CV clinic will provide the opportunity to book sessions with the STEM Women recruitment team, offering tailored support to enhance resumes and navigate the competitive job market.

Throughout the day, attendees can access the STEM careers fair, with 12 exhibiting employers who will include Accenture, Dyson Institute, Enfuse Group, First Bus, Greencore, Hitachi Energy, JNP Group, Palantir, Version1, Xtrac and more! Covering industries such as consultancy, engineering, technology, Transport, Technology, food and automotive, these exhibitors will be keen to meet potential candidates for a range of opportunities including graduate schemes and internships.
