Dublin STEM Women Graduate Careers Events
We have organised eight in-person STEM Women Graduate Careers Events in Dublin since 2019.
We continue to host two annual events in Dublin, one in June and one in October. Read on to find out more about our past events, and what to expect if you join us at one in future.
Talented attendees
2,852 women studying a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) degree at university have attended one of our in-person events in Dublin. Most of our attendees have the right to work in Ireland.
Our attendees are most commonly studying for their degrees at:
- Dublin City University
- Griffith College Dublin
- Maynooth University
- National College of Ireland
- Technological University Dublin / Dublin Institute of Technology
- Trinity College Dublin
- University College Dublin
Exhibitors
214 graduate employers have exhibited with us at one of our in-person Dublin events since 2019. These fantastic companies exhibited to promote their internships, placements, and graduate roles to our attendees. Many of our Dublin exhibitors have returned year on year.

Countless women have discovered new careers at our events and many leave feeling inspired having chatted to employers at their stands. Crucially, many have since gone on to apply for and secure roles with our exhibitors.
We have met many women who attended our event as a student and then returned as a company representative the following year! It’s great to see them inspire the next generation of talented women.

Friday 10th October 2025
Our October 2025 event was held at the incredible Convention Centre Dublin, which overlooks the River Liffey at Spencer Dock and is easily accessible for attendees and exhibitors.
527 outstanding women studying STEM degrees at universities in Dublin attended and met with 35 top graduate employers.

Tuesday 17th June 2025
We were at the Aviva Stadium in summer 2025, where we were joined by 427 attendees and 22 leading employer exhibitors!
The afternoon began with a networking lunch for the employers, followed by the arrival of the student and graduate attendees at 1pm. For the next 3 hours, employers and attendees were able to network and connect while students discovered career opportunities, such as internships, placements and graduate jobs.
Tuesday 5th November 2024
Our November event at Aviva Stadium drew a great turnout, with 31 exhibiting employers and 351 student and graduate attendees. They were given the opportunity to network with employers from a diverse range of STEM-related industries, including science, engineering, construction, aviation, design, gaming, financial services and trading.
Friday 14th June 2024
Our summer 2024 event saw 29 exhibiting employers and 354 student and graduate attendees come together at the iconic Aviva Stadium in Dublin! The atmosphere was full of excitement as connections were made.

Wednesday 1st November 2023
Our autumn Dublin event was held in RDS Dublin, which was a great space for our 37 employer stands and our 400 student and graduate attendees.
Our sourcing team work extensively with local universities and institutions in Dublin to ensure high quality attendees. We also sponsor the DCU Women in STEM Society.

Wednesday 7th June 2023
The Banking Hall at the Westin Hotel was buzzing for our summer 2023 event. The Westin Hotel is just next-door to Trinity College Dublin, meaning it was very easy for talented students to come along after lectures. We had 31 incredible graduate employers exhibit and 319 attendees.
Wednesday 12th October 2022
We were so excited to get to be back in Dublin as the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions lifted. In order to allow people to join in person and from home, we made this event a hybrid one. That meant employers had both an in-person and a virtual stall!
35 employers joined us and a combined 722 attendees in-person and online!

Virtual Events 2020 – 2021
To continue to allow top graduate employers in Dublin to meet with talented women studying STEM degrees, we moved our events online during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We ran the following events covering Dublin:
- STEM Women Ireland Virtual Graduate Careers Event – 20th October 2020
- STEM Women Ireland Virtual Tech Graduate Careers Event – 24th March 2021
- STEM Women Ireland Virtual Graduate Careers Event – 6th October 2021
Hundreds of graduate employers met thousands of attendees at our virtual events.
Monday 18th November 2019
On Monday 18th November, just over 146 women studying STEM degrees came along to the first ever STEM Women event in Dublin to network with 16 top employers and find out about exciting job and internship opportunities!
We hosted our first event at The Westin Hotel in Dublin, and networking took place in the stunning Banking Hall. Our team were incredibly excited to run an event in Dublin, a true tech and financial services hub. The access attendees have to incredible companies in STEM related industries in Dublin is second to none.
One representative from Mercury Engineering described the event as: “very engaging and a great opportunity for women to learn about various industries, thus balancing diversity, gender equality and inclusion.”
2026 Events
We are set to run another two Dublin events in 2026! Employers and attendees will be able to sign-up via our website, and this blog will also be updated to show you the full details as they are announced.
