Our careers fair enables graduate employers to have a company stand and meet hundreds of talented women studying STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) degrees at universities in Copenhagen.

Companies can exhibit to promote graduate roles, internships and placements.

35% Computer Science, Data, Maths or related, 25% Engineering related, 12% Business and Finance, 15% Earth/Life Sciences, 13% Physical Sciences or Other.

Setting up your stand

Exhibitors have a table, chairs and can display promotional materials, and can bring a banner to fit in a 3 metre wide space. Lunch is provided for all exhibitors.

Packages

Our Bronze Package enables you to bring up to 3 reps who will meet all the relevant attendees in person. You can upgrade to a Silver package to receive the academic and contact information for everyone who signed up for the event and consented to having their information shared. The Gold Package allows you to bring 5 reps and have a longer programme entry, and you will also be included in our post event email with a link to your chosen webpage. Our friendly team and student ambassadors will help you to check in when you arrive at the event. Make sure to arrive as close to your ticket time as possible to avoid having to queue. Have your QR code ready to be scanned!

Who Can Attend?

STEM Women events are perfect for people who are studying, or recently graduated from, a STEM related course at university and are considering different career opportunities. Our events are aimed at students and graduates who are permanently eligible to work in Denmark and who are women or non-binary.

Networking

Attendees will meet employers from a broad range of different STEM-related industries such as science, technology, software, data and analytics, pharmaceuticals, energy, engineering, construction, consultancy and financial services. A programme detailing a full list of employers will be provided at the event.
Travel to the venue
Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, 5 Kalvebod Brygge, 1560 København Denmark
By Car

Drive onto H.C. Andersens Boulevard heading southwest, continue onto Kalvebod Brygge/E20, then follow signs to Kalvebod Brygge 5. The hotel will be on your right by the waterfront. There is on-site parking and off-site parking Nykredit P-hus 0.4km from the venue.

By Bus & Tram

Take bus 5C, 11, 33, 68, or 7A from central stops (e.g., near Rådhuspladsen). Get off at a stop close to the hotel (like Bergthorasgade/Isafjordsgade – about 2–4 min walk) and walk to the entrance.

Alternatively, ride a train or metro to København H (Central Station) then walk 5 min to the hotel. Ticket machines/apps sell tickets beforehand; ensure a valid ticket for your zones. Copenhagen’s metro, buses, and trains run frequently and connect well across the city.

Can I bring anyone with me?

You are welcome to bring course mates, but please make sure they download their own ticket. Parents, partners, children, carers etc. are also welcome, but please notify us via email (sophiec@stemwomen.com).

All of our events are completely free of charge for attendees.
Do I need to bring anything?

You just need your Eventbrite ticket - you can have this printed out or just show us the QR code on your phone. You are welcome to bring copies of your CV if you like but this is not a requirement.
Do I need more than one ticket?

Please only request one ticket. Your ticket will be valid from the start time until the end of the event. For example a noon ticket will be eligible from noon - event end. A 1pm ticket will be eligible from 1pm - event end. Drop us an email if you have any questions!
What is the dress code?

The dress code is up to you! Most of our attendees opt for smart casual attire.
Do the companies attending offer sponsorship?

The majority of exhibitors will not be able to provide sponsorship and will require applicants to be permanently eligible to work in the UK. We would not recommend attending this event if you are seeking sponsorship.
