Australia 2025 Roadshow Round-Up
The STEM Women Australia 2025 Roadshow has been an exciting journey through March and April, bringing together over 2,000 students and graduates with 149 leading employers in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. From Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, each event showcased the passion and dedication of the next generation of women in STEM discovering opportunities to advance their early careers, as well as our outstanding exhibiting companies who dedicate their efforts to creating a more diverse and inclusive STEM workforce of the future!

Perth: The Kick off Event to the Roadshow
Kicking off on March 17th at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Perth STEM Women event set the tone for the Roadshow. With 464 attendees and 32 exhibitors, it was a vibrant gathering of talent and opportunity. Attendees had the chance to connect with top employers, explore internships, and gain valuable career insights.
Sydney: A Tidal Turnout of STEM Talent
On March 21st, we hosted our Sydney STEM Women Graduate Careers Event for the third year in a row, attracting an outstanding 456 attendees and 42 exhibitors. Held at ICC Sydney, the event created the ideal environment for connecting students and graduates with STEM employers and was bursting with opportunity! Attendees engaged with industry leaders, participated in insightful discussions, and discovered pathways to exciting careers in STEM.
Melbourne: A Sold-Out Success
March 25th saw STEM Women’s return to Melbourne, with a completely sold-out event at Crown Melbourne. 424 attendees and 31 exhibitors came together for an afternoon of networking and discovering early careers. Employers in Melbourne were able to offer their insights and valuable career advice to the upcoming STEM generation.
Brisbane: Sparking Connections in the Sunshine State
On March 31st, Brisbane hosted its second STEM Women Graduate Careers Event at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. With 385 attendees and 28 exhibitors, the event provided a platform for students and graduates to connect with employers and sell their skills while finding the best opportunities suited to them. The afternoon was filled with meaningful conversations, career advice, and potential job opportunities.
Adelaide: The Final Stop, with Lasting Impact
The STEM Women Australia 2025 Roadshow concluded on April 2nd in Adelaide, marking the first-ever STEM Women event in the city. Held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, the event welcomed 296 attendees and 14 exhibitors. Employers and company representatives engaged with the local talent pool, offering insights and opportunities such as graduate schemes, placements and internships in diverse STEM fields.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As the curtains fall on the 2025 Roadshow, excitement is already building for 2026! The phenomenal success of this year’s events have set a high benchmark, and plans are underway to expand and enhance the experience for future attendees.
