This June, WTW is hosting its Level Up with WTW Insight Programme, a two-day virtual experience designed to help students understand future career opportunities, strengthen professional skills, and connect with people working across the organisation. Open to students from a wide range of degree disciplines, the programme offers valuable exposure to a global company known for its focus on innovation, collaboration, and inclusive culture.

Where and when will this take place?

• 23rd-24th June 2026: UK & Ireland – virtual two-day insight programme

Who are we looking for?

• We accept applications from all students studying all degree disciplines
• If you’re interested in a career as an actuary, you’ll either need to be studying a numerate degree or have an A or B in A-Level Maths or equivalent
• If you’re interested in a career as a Software Developer, you’ll need to have an A* in maths and two further As in A-Levels or equivalent
• You do need to be on track to achieve a 2:1 in your degree

What will the application process look like?

• You’ll fill in our short application form, which will be reviewed by our recruiters
• You’ll then complete a short online video interview powered by HireVue.
• If your application is successful, you will receive further instructions on joining the programme
• You’ll receive on-going support from the Early Careers Team after completing the two-day virtual programme
