Exhibiting employers
How do our hybrid events work?
Hybrid careers events combine elements from an in-person event and a virtual event. At a STEM Women hybrid event, all exhibiting employers will take part in the online part of the event and will have the additional option to also exhibit in-person at our chosen venue. Attendees will be invited to attend the physical event if they are local to the venue, or the online event if they live further away, or it is not convenient for them. All attendees, even those in venue, will be able to log on to our virtual events platform during the event to browse company stalls, apply for jobs, and network online. During the event day, we will run speaker sessions and a panel Q&A session live in our venue. This will be streamed live onto our virtual events platform, so all attendees will have the chance to watch the sessions. For more information on how hybrid events work for exhibiting employers – read our blog. If you are a student or graduate and would like to find out more about attending a hybrid event – read our attendee blog.
