Whitepaper Download 2019-2021: Understanding the Gender Imbalance in STEM

New and Updated in 2022

As part of our mission to address the gender imbalance in STEM, we have surveyed STEM students and recent graduates who identify as women or non-binary, studying at universities across the UK. From 2019-2021, we have collected data from 557 respondents, with the aim of revealing students' and graduates' attitudes towards gender issues that are prevalent within STEM.

We have updated our whitepaper with data from autumn 2021, and now have responses spanning 2019-2021. This report covers themes surrounding gender diversity in STEM industries, the gender pay gap, the pandemic, career confidence, and much more.

We are delighted to share our findings in this insightful whitepaper. Please fill out some details in the form to download the full report.
