Telesales Account Manager - AnaChem

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The key aim of the AnaChem Telesales Account Manager is the proactive sales of products, consumables, accessories and/or service contracts via phone and electronic media (e-mails, chat, webinar) to a defined list of dedicated target accounts.

We will teach you to become an expert in our products and through your excellent relationship building you will be a trusted advisor to our customers. Our customers are at the very heart of what we do and so it is important to us that excellent customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.

Some of our customers love to talk through things with us over the phone, others much prefer to communicate with us solely on email. Naturally we prefer the former as it much easier to build relationships this way but we will always strive to meet our customers' requirements. Our targets here are related to revenue and as such all of our Internal Account Managers have the autonomy to communicate with our customers how they see fit. We do love to see them on the phone though.

This role has a lot of autonomy as you will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline and will work closely with the Sales Managers for your product line to understand the changing priorities this brings. You will ensure you fully understand your customers specific needs, as all will be different, and build quotations for them. Then it becomes a real Account Management role as you will be supporting that customer to make the best informed decision they can on which product and service will offer them the best solution.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Ideally have worked in telesales environment.
  • IT literate with a keen eye for accuracy
  • You will have the ability to analyse the current market place and business trends
  • The ability to absorb and retain highly technical Information
  • B2B experience
  • Good time management/planning skills
