The Shell Graduate Programme is a leadership development program that develops future leaders of Shell.  It is a 3-year program to grow future leaders that provides you the necessary tools to grow your leadership skills and realize your full potential through on-the-job training, formal training and coaching.

Joining as a Graduate gives you an opportunity to showcase your capacity to analyse situations and propose purposeful solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals; adaptability to changing environments, learner mindset, drive to deliver results; and collaborate and nurture relationships as you work effectively with a diverse team.

To be eligible for our Graduate Programme you must:

• Pursue or have completed a Master’s or PhD degree in the Netherlands within the last three years;
• Have less than three years of relevant work experience (if you’ve recently graduated);
• Live in the Netherlands;
• Have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.
