Develop and maintain an advanced level knowledge of the use and functionality of software and automation.
Maintain strong professional relationships with strategic customers, industry, and colleagues through regular meetings and interactions.
Design and successfully execute project plans through to their completion.
Manage and accurately track large projects and tasks, and meet utilization goals established for the position.
Perform demonstrations/presentations of software and automation solutions to customers.
Actively participate in tradeshows, workshops and educational events as needed. Collect and share success stories.
Must be able to successfully perform all duties associated with the Laboratory Solutions Consultant.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Lab Software and Automation Manger.
Design and implement best practice laboratory solutions for customers by supporting the sales process for software and automation applications.
Take responsibility for continuous improvement of the software and automation sales and consultation processes.
Alongside the Sales Managers and Software and Automation Manager deliver the sales targets.
