Our client creates real-world adventure games for adults. They currently have an immediate vacancy for a bright, keen, adventurous graduate to join the team at an exciting stage of the company’s growth.

Candidates will work on delivering high quality customer support, whilst also having time dedicated to learning the skills required to be part of the Games team, who support, update and create new games.

Key duties:
Provide customer support - be the first point of contact for customers and players, raising issues with the games to be fixed by the game support team and helping maintain our high level of customer satisfaction.
Support the games - You’ll update clues following any issues reported by players, refresh props, and sometimes scout for new venues. Initially expect about a day a week on this activity.
Support the creation of new experiences - You will be able to support the creative team with concept and story design, clue-writing and puzzle creation, identifying venues, and testing the experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Demonstrable customer support skills
  • A passion for game-playing and a desire to gain skills in game design
  • A good head for problem solving
