Our opportunities

Our graduate opportunities can be divided into two categories. Those that require a specific accredited degree and those that don’t. They are:

Accredited degree routes only:

•             Building Surveying (RICS)

•             Quantity Surveying (RICS)

•             Planning (RPTI)

All degree disciplines:

•             Commercial Property

•             Residential

•             Project Management

•             International Capital Markets

Our graduate programmes are two to two and a half years long. In addition to on-the-job training, both direct technical and soft skills training courses are offered. These are based on business specific requirements and are in line with each graduate programme. You will also be supported through appropriate training and professional qualifications, such as the APC, RTPI, CFA, CIM or CIMA qualifications. More details about each programme can be found here.

To be accepted onto one of our graduate schemes, we are looking for people with a grade C or above in all A-levels and GCSEs (or the international equivalent). Plus, you should either have obtained at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree or an undergraduate degree at 2:1 level accompanied by a postgraduate degree with merit or above.
