Training and Development
As part of the two year training programme, you will undergo a four-week induction course, preparing you for your life as a consultant. This induction will allow you to ask all your questions and get all the support you need, to make your transition into consulting as comfortable and easy as possible. Throughout the scheme you will regularly attend mandatory training and have access to IBM Skills Gateway where you will obtain IBM Accredited Digital Certifications through virtual learning journeys.
